Pregnancy yoga

 

🌼Suitable from 14 weeks onwards, and no prior yoga experience necessary. Some of the many benefits of yoga during pregnancy include:

🌼Increases energy and stamina 
Lifts your spirits and balances your mood

🌼Gives you the opportunity to do some socialising. A pregnancy yoga class is a great way to meet other pregnant women.

We offer a full range of classes and services for mums and parents to be, all provided by caring and experienced professionals. 

Roll Mamas Workshops

 

Discover how to ease the discomforts and achiness that can so often be part of the pregnancy journey. This workshop will explore simple but effective Roll Model Method self-massage techniques using Yoga Tune Up balls – teaching you tools and practices that you can use throughout your pregnancy, and beyond.

Roll Mamas is 2.5 hours of self-care for expectant mums, covering:

🌼Head-to-toe self-massage practice using Yoga Tune Up therapy balls

🌼How to use self-massage techniques during labour

🌼Restorative yoga for deep rest and rejuvenation 

🌼Plus a tea break to meet and chat with other mums!

This workshop is suitable for all mums-to-be, no experience necessary.

1-Day Antenatal Classes for Mums-to-be and Their Partners

Nine Months courses are dedicated to enabling couples to feel they can approach birth with knowledge and confidence. Combining education on the labour and birthing process with the benefits of yoga, this workshop covers many topics, includinUnderstanding the process of labour

Parentcraft and the transition to parenthood
